We offer a "no questions asked" 14 day Refund Policy from the date of purchase. Beyond 14 days, there are no refunds.

There is a one time $49 setup and activation fee, which is not refundable. You will be refunded all except the setup and activation fee, if cancelling within the 14 day window.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
